Salah Rubayi graduated from Baghdad University in 1966. He completed his General Surgery and Plastic Surgery residency in the United Kingdom with licensure from the Royal College of Surgeons and Physicians in Edinburgh, Scotland, U.K. in 1974. In 1981 he did a fellowship in Burn Surgery at LAC+USC Burn Unit and then Plastic Surgery Fellowship at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehab Center. Dr. Rubayi has been on the staff at Rancho during the last 35 years. He is Chief of the Pressure Ulcer Management program and Chairman of Department of Surgery. He is a Professor of Clinical Surgery, Division of Plastic Surgery at USC School of Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and Fellow of the International Spinal Cord Society and member of Asia and American Paraplegia Society. He published and contributes to many articles in the field of reconstructive surgery of pressure ulcers. He participated in combined NIH research projects with USC, Dept. of Physical Therapy for Electrical Stimulation in wound healing and the Dept. of Occupational Therapy for prevention of pressure ulcers in SCI consumers. He is on the editorial board of the Journal of JSCM, and his book of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery for Pressure Ulcers was published in June 2015. He is widely recognized as one of the nation leading experts in reconstructive surgery of pressure ulcers especially in spinal cord injury patients.

Dr. Amy Dayries practices general dentistry near Atlanta, Georgia, U.S.A., where she has been in private practice for 23 years. Dr. Dayries also hosts The Whole Healing Radio Show through the United Intentions Media Network. In the past, she has written articles on health topics for a periodical called Country Club Living. Dr. Dayries is the first dentist to graduate from the 2-year Inter-professional Fellowship Program in Integrative Medicine offered at the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine, and she previously attended the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry and Emory University. Farid Menaa (B.Sc. Eng., B.Sc. Bio., M.Sc. Genetics, Master Gerontology/Geriatry, Ph.D. Radiation Oncology and Gerontology, EMBA Entrepreneurship and MD candidate), is an inter- and multi-disciplinary professional. Professor, principal investigator, Director, consultant editor, reviewer, event organizer, and entrepreneur, he earned his degrees with highest distinctions from prestigious French universities and institutions. He followed a post-doctoral in oncology as a NIH-fellow (San Diego, California, USA; 2004-2007). Subsequently, he pursued his career in dermatology, and stem cells as a DFG-Fellow (Wuerzburg, Germany; 2007-2009). Then, he was promoted as Chief Scientific Officer and Vice-President R&D at Fluorotronics, Inc. (CA, USA; 2009-2010), a nanotechnology and fluorine chemical company. Eventually, he was appointed Principal Investigator in Hematology and Genomics as a FAPESP-Fellow (São Paulo, Brazil; 2010-2012). He authored and co-authored more than 100 publications (including peer-reviewed ISI research and review articles, books, book chapters, conference proceedings, patents). He is often invited as a speaker; keynote/featured speaker and (co-) chairman to reputed world congresses and institutions, where he is offering speeches in various areas of medicine, sciences, and technology

Regenerative medicine and gerontology

Dr. Gallagher, founder and chief scientist at Clarity Pharma Research, is an internationally recognized medical/health care researcher/conference presenter and editor of Current Trends in Clinical and Medical Sciences. His paper on future challenges presented at the Second International Conference on Marketing and Development in Budapest won first place, and the interview by OncLive about his presentation of a new type of cancer treatment (PARP Inhibitors) at the European Society for Medical Oncologists (ESMO) Congress 2018 (Munich) was selected for publication and distribution to oncologists around the world and published in Future Oncology (Dec. 2019). He is a mathematician/biostatistician and doctorate-level clinical psychologist who formerly directed a multi-university research consortium while on the faculty of the University of Virginia School of Medicine. He is the former Virginia state sub-masters decathlon record holder.

Dr. William Rassman trained at the Medical College of Virginia and University of Minnesota, Cornell and Dartmouth Medical Centers. He obtained a cardiovascular fellowship with the man who invented modern heart surgery. He is a professional inventor who holds over 4 dozen patents including much of the technology that led to the commercialization of the Intra-aortic Balloon pump, the standard heart assist pump used today worldwide today. His patents extend from medical devices to computer software. Dr. Rassman founded the New Hair Institute (NHI) in 1991, and changed the Standard of Care in hair transplantation. He published new techniques in the field, pioneering small grafts in large sessions of up to 5000 grafts in a single session by 1994, the Follicular Unit Transplant (1995) and Follicular Unit Excision (FUE) publishing the seminal article for the field in 2002, the surgery that has now again become a new Standard of Care surgery for the field. In 2003, he developed a patent for the hair transplant robot and licensed Restoration Robotics to build the ARTAS robotic hair transplant system. His recent interest extends into the field of biotechnology creating a ‘Lab-on-a-chip' the size of a Credit-Card capable of testing up to 1000 laboratory tests in under 15 minutes on a drop of blood. He has published 90 articles, wrote chapters in cardiac and hair transplant textbooks, is the winner of the Golden Follicle Award from the ISHRS in 2003, lifetime achievement awards in 2019 by the European and Laten American Societies, published extensively defining Scalp Micropigmentation use in the hair restoration field and he is the primary author of Hair Loss and Replacement for Dummies.

Most recently he has submitted patents for a new treatment for hair loss and automation tools for FUE to once again change the field.

I was graduated as medical doctor at Miguel Hernandez University in Elche (Spain), and subsequently, I developed my career in dermatology in Malaga (Spain). I started my experience in aesthetics (my great passion) in Grupo Pedro Jaen Clinic in 2006. Nowadays, I am head of dermatology area at Sanchinarro University HM Hospital and medical director at Dorsia clinics.

I was graduated as medical doctor at Zaragoza University (Spain), and subsequently, I developed my career as plastic surgeon at Miguel Servet Hospital in Zaragoza (Spain), where I also work as anaesthetist. I started my experience in cosmetic surgery at plastic and severe burns unit in 1996. Nowadays, I am plastic surgeon in Dorsia Clinic.
